Floresta (Sicilian: Fluresta) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located on the Nebrodi Mountains about 140 kilometres (87 mi) east of Palermo and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Messina. Rising at 1,275 metres, Floresta is the highest comune above sea level in Sicily.
